Privacy Policy

This privacy policy relates to your use of the Histo! application on a mobile device as well as employing the contact form on this site. This application was developed at the University of Utah and is made available by Nuline Software. The app teaches identification of microanatomical structures of the human body as visualized by microscopy, relates these structures to their biological roles, and allows users to test their proficiency with this material.

Collection of Data and Information by the Histo! app

The Histo! application does NOT collect or transmit any information or data on the user, on how the application is employed on the user’s mobile device, or on any feature of the device including its location.

Data Collected if you Contact Nuline Software on this Site

Anyone is welcome to contact us at this site in order to ask questions, make comments, request new features, or report problems with the app. The requester must provide an email address so that Nuline Software can respond. The email address and the text related to the contact request will be maintained in an internal database. This information and the email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of Nuline Software, unless forced by law. You can request that this information be deleted from the database at any time by using the contact form.
